Contacting Support
Need to contact your Moderator(s)? No problem! Each of your options for contacting support are detailed below.
Option 1:
You can click on the
question mark icon (?) in the upper righthand corner of your screen. This will bring you to the
messages page where you can contact your Moderator(s) directly.
Option 2:
You can contact support by clicking on the
messages icon and selecting
Compose. This will bring you to a page where you can compose a direct message to your Moderator(s).
Option 3:
Depending on your Study’s Home Page configuration, you may have the option to contact your Moderator through the
contact me hyperlink on the Moderator introduction card.
